A short, simple, to the point meditation technique that you can practice anywhere, anytime:
Focus on the breath. Feel the heart beat. Watch the breath mindfully, as it enters into your body, feeding your lungs and your heart, and traveling everywhere, to every cell, moved by your heart.
Breath is life, movement, vitality, a cycle. Breath is presence, it brings you into your body, into now. Feel the alive moment of now, that does not need thought or judgment or analysis, just be here, where you are, totally, completely.
Whether you desire a change is irrelevant, YOU, the totality of your awareness, your consciousness, is right here, right now, and that’s really all that there is. Breathe it in, in gratitude.
