Limitations

One of the main focus areas of coaching is in offering support in eliminating obstacles to success, by uncovering limiting attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs.


What does that mean?


Often, it means going deeper, meeting a fear, or examining a long held assumption that has been held about yourself or others.  It means being prepared with the Truth, when limiting, negative thoughts come at you.  It means knowing your strengths and being honest about where you have opportunities to grow.
